Romans 13:2
NIV:  Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
NAS:  Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.
KJV:  Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
GWT:  Therefore, whoever resists the government opposes what God has established. Those who resist will bring punishment on themselves.
ASV:  Therefore he that resisteth the power, withstandeth the ordinance of God: and they that withstand shall receive to themselves judgment.
BBE:  For which reason everyone who puts himself against the authority puts himself against the order of God: and those who are against it will get punishment for themselves.
DBY:  So that he that sets himself in opposition to the authority resists the ordinance of God; and they who thus resist shall bring sentence of guilt on themselves.
