Proverbs 16:28
NIV:  A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends.
NAS:  A perverse man spreads strife, And a slanderer separates intimate friends.
KJV:  A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.
GWT:  A devious person spreads quarrels. A gossip separates the closest of friends.
ASV:  A perverse man scattereth abroad strife; And a whisperer separateth chief friends.
BBE:  A man of twisted purposes is a cause of fighting everywhere: and he who says evil secretly makes trouble between friends.
DBY:  A false man soweth contention; and a talebearer separateth very friends.
