Luke 4:2
NIV:  where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry.
NAS:  for forty days, being tempted by the devil. And He ate nothing during those days, and when they had ended, He became hungry.
KJV:  Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.
GWT:  where he was tempted by the devil for 40 days. During those days Jesus ate nothing, so when they were over, he was hungry.
